Shipping & Returns
All orders are subject to freight and delivery charges. These charges are applied at the time of shipping and are subject to change based on fuel surcharges and delivery locations. Please get in touch with us for an updated list of current freight and shipping charges.
Where an order cannot be supplied in full, you will have the option to wait until the complete order can be filled, or ship in parts. If the latter is chosen, freight will be charged for the subsequent shipment.
Returns may be made for items in saleable condition via courier or dropped into our Penrose office. NFS must be notified of the return within 14 days of receipt.
We will then issue credit to your account or credit card. Freight charges will not be credited for unwanted products.
Products returned in excess of 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Products will not be credited if returned outside 60 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If requested, we will replace any products that are received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval of return. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.
