Shipping & Returns
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 14 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Products returned in excess of 14 days will incur a 20% Restocking fee. Products will not be credited if returned outside 60 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
All orders are subject to freight and delivery charges. These charges are applied at time of shipping and are subject to change based on Fuel Surcharges and Delivery Locations. For an updated list of current freight and shipping charges please contact us. Where an order can not be supplied in full then subsequent shipments will be delivered at no cost.
All payment and transactional information transmitted from the NFS website via the Click Payment Gateway is secured by Paymark. Customers can be assured that as an entity that handles cardholder data Paymark operate in accordance with strict requirements for protecting your cardholder data as set out in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Evidence of PCI DSS compliance is available on request. Paymark uses SSL Encryption and does not store your card details.
