NFS has implemented COVID-19 Level processes for Auckland and Christchurch branches until further notice.

All sales & support staff are working remotely, the phones will get answered. Support will be given wherever possible.

Our office doors will be closed & collects are generally by appointment only. We will endeavour to operate with minimal logistic staff who will maintain dispatching & collects between hours specified for each level.

Collection Rules

  • Orders must be on account or pre-paid.
  • On arrival, please call us on 09 580 1576 (option 3 for Existing Orders & Warehouse)
  • On arrival, please scan the QR code and sanitize your hands.
  • We will place your items for collection in a non-contact collect area.
  • We will sign the collect register for you.
  • One customer in, one customer out. Strict physical distancing must be practised at all times.

What to expect at NFS under other Covid-19 levels.

Level 2: Branches will operate normal hours and maintain physical distancing. Staff will work remotely wherever practical.
All orders are accepted. Collects are between 8am to 5pm weekdays, no appointment needed.

Level 3: NFS will continue to trade without physical contact with customers, for example through phone or online orders, delivery and pick-up. Staff will work remotely wherever practical. All orders are accepted. Collects are between 8am to 5pm weekdays, appointment recommended.

Level 4 - Essential Services: Only trade customers with accounts that require product for essential services will be serviced during lock-down. We will only accept orders that are for "essential services". Collects are between 10am to 2pm weekdays by appointment only.
